But no, not just simply mass evolution… you should have a Lucky Egg with you as well, which will double your amount of XP received during the duration of the Lucky Egg effect.

I recommend using pidgey, because they are very easily obtainable and only require 12 Pidgey Candy to level up (one of the least in the game).

Collect many of them, transfer some back to Professor Willow until you have a lot of Pidgey Candy, and have many Pidgey in stock too. Make sure that have enough Pidgey and Pidgey Candy that you can evolve all of them in one go. (do some math, or use a calculator if you need)

Trigger your lucky egg effect and make sure you mass evolve your Pidgey non-stop for the whole 30 minutes and enjoy your 1000 or 2000 xp for every minute or so.
